Our Firm

As a global community of practice committed to building a better world, and devoted to the craft of transformation, we help executives become more potent leaders and organizations amplify their adaptive-readiness. Mobius was founded in 2005 by two sisters, Erica Ariel Fox and Amy Elizabeth Fox. Mobius quickly grew to be one of the leading incubators of a transformational approach to organizational development and character development for senior leaders. Mobius is comprised of a global network of 300 practitioners joined by a shared sense of purpose who collaborate in a flexible combination to serve specific client needs. Our interdisciplinary approach has brought together senior practitioners including talent and human resource professionals, organizational development experts, leadership faculty, executive coaches, mediators, top team interventionists and large group dialogue facilitators.

As a leading professional services firm, we draw on a rich intellectual heritage and infuse our programs with a unique experiential learning approach.

Our network of transformational practitioners is supported by affiliations with renowned thought leaders, senior experts in their field, and a consortium of alliance partners.

Our core body of work includes seminal models from adaptive leadership, organizational learning, innovation, adult development, leading in complexity, neuroplasticity, teaming and team dynamics.

We operate at the nexus of “best practice” across organizational development, culture change, and leadership, and “next practice” in psychology, mythology, shadow work, somatics, meditation, and the expressive arts.

Mobius has its own professional development arm, the Next Practice Institute, which offers supervision groups, professional development offerings for coaches and facilitators and conducts an annual gathering of transformational practitioners to convene its global community of practice.

In addition Mobius publishes a magazine, The Mobius Strip, and curates a practitioner portal honoring the seminal voices in the field of adult and vertical development.
